DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery prices for 0rders within the UK (inc VAT):
- Up to 20kg – £8.50 delivery
- 20kg – 40kg – £15 delivery
- 40kg – 60kg – £25 delivery
- 60kg – 100kg – £30 delivery
FREE DELIVERY APPLIES TO ALL ORDERS OVER £100
DELIVERY
When you place an order, you will automatically receive an e-mail to confirm your order.
Orders are normally dispatched the next day. Orders placed over the weekend will normally be dispatched on Monday. If this will not be the case, you will receive an email stating otherwise.
For UK addresses, delivery is usually within 3 working days. This is not guaranteed and Bellisima Camping cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by the courier service. Orders can take up to 14 days to arrive. Please contact us if you have not received your parcel after this time.
For orders of over 10 tents or more, we will contact you to arrange delivery.
If delivery initially fails, the courier will normally post a note. It is your responsibility to contact and arrange re-delivery with the courier company.
Should the courier fail to deliver your parcel either because someone is not available to accept it, you have supplied an incorrect delivery address or the necessary additional delivery instructions were not provided, you will be charged in full for re-delivery, even if postage was initially offered for free.
If you instruct us to leave notes with the courier to leave your parcel in a specific location without signing for delivery, you do so completely at your own risk. Bellisima Camping will not cover or be held responsible for any loss or damage of the parcel and its contents.

RETURNS – FAULTY ITEMS
You have the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and / or compensation where goods are faulty or have manufacturing defects. These include poor or faulty stitching and missing parts.
You must get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order.
This warranty does not apply to damage that is not from a manufacturing defect. Tents are designed to withstand normal weather conditions and the warranty does not include damage from aggressive / extreme environments. If your tent has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipment, please take photos of the packaging / damage and get in touch with us to discuss and resolve the issue as appropriate.
Should it be confirmed that your tent has a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery, Bellisima Camping Ltd will refund your postage cost and arrange and cover the cost of a replacement item to be sent out to you.
RETURNS – NON-FAULTY ITEMS
Bellisima Camping Ltd allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. This is not a free returns service. Should you wish to return or exchange an unwanted order, you must cover the delivery charges. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items and their original packaging must be in the same fully resalable condition as they were sent. Products must not have been used or assembled in any way. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in their return journey and we strongly recommend that you get appropriate insurance and proof of postage for any returns. Once returned items are received, they will be carefully inspected. Bellisima Camping Ltd retain the right to refuse a refund on any item deemed not to be resalable following inspection. If the returned item is deemed fit for resale, a full refund or exchange will be issued excluding delivery of the new items. Once a refund is issued, it may take up to 7 days to arrive into your account.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please copy, paste and complete the cancellation form below and email it to info@bellisimacamping.co.uk. Please await a reply before posting back your order, we will provide you with return details.
